* Your purchase date for the first month will become your monthly renewal date and will serve as the estimated shipping schedule for the following months. If you wish to cancel, please do so by the day before your renewal date. Please note that this subscription service is available by credit card payment only.
* If you still have coffee remaining from last month, or if you do not need this month’s delivery due to a long business trip or vacation, you may use the skip function.
* Skipping, cancellation, and address changes can be managed from your account page, so we recommend creating an account.
* We can also change one bag to Espresso Roast upon request. Please contact us by email.
* Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the day after the renewal date.
