Origin Information:
We are releasing a Peruvian coffee for the first time in about half a year.
We have been purchasing coffee from Yonal Fernandez annually for the past several years, and he is a producer very familiar to us.
This coffee is characterized by its vibrant and complex acidity, soft mouthfeel, and gentle sweetness in the finish.
Although the cold days continue, this coffee carries a bright impression that slightly evokes the feeling of fresh spring greenery.
