Following the release of the Pacas variety, we are pleased to introduce the Bourbon variety from Mario Moreno.
This coffee offers an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness with a rounded, comforting mouthfeel — a calm and approachable cup you’ll want to keep close at hand.
While elegant and composed, it clearly expresses citrus notes such as grapefruit and pomelo alongside red apple fruitiness, all supported by a rich brown sugar sweetness.
We also recommend tasting it side by side with the Pacas variety ☕️
