Origin Information:
This is the final lot of Ethiopian coffee we purchased last season.
It offers a pronounced sweetness with a soft and mellow impression. The round mouthfeel and relatively fuller body—rare for an Ethiopian coffee—allow the fruit flavors to shine clearly.
Expect notes of peach and mandarin orange, with hints of tropical fruits such as papaya appearing at times. The finish carries a lingering honey-like sweetness.
